Grazing Tables are a dynamic and exciting way to replace traditional appetizers or catering! We custom make the grazing tables to suit the needs of your event, and the tables will include a wide selection of cheeses, cured meats, pickles, olives, dips, crackers, and breads! Rounding out the table, we'll also include fresh fruit and vegetables selections, premium chocolate and sweet options, along with nuts and dried fruits. Greenery and flowers will complete the Grazing Table for an elegant yet rustic look!
A few things to note before booking your Grazing Table!
There must be a minimum of 20 people at your event.
Mountain Grazing Co (MGC) will supply platters, bowls, serving utensils, baskets, and trays required for the tablescape. All loaned items are to be cleaned and ready for pick-up by MGC within 2 days of the event.
Hosts are responsible for providing the table(s) for the event. A minimum 6 ft table is required, depending on the size of your event. For 40 or more, 10 ft of table space is ideal. Accessibility to the table from all sides is preferred.
Take-down is the responsibility of the event host. Mountain Grazing Co. will provide re-usable containers for leftovers.
We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements and can offer gluten-free options, but please note we do not operate in a strictly gluten-free environment and cannot guarantee no cross-contamination in a grazing table setting.
Ready to book your table?!
Grazing Tables start at $22 per person at your event! A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to book your date, and remainder of payment is required 3 days prior to your event. E-transfer, cheque, or cash are accepted.
Please note, cancellations must be received in writing no later than 5 days prior to the event. Your deposit will not be returned.
